Turner PCL FlatIron Joint Venture

Commercial & Industrial Roofing, Inc. was awarded the San Diego Airport Terminal Development Program Contract 1 Project at an Estimated 4 Million Dollar Value. After a well- designed and concentrated Pre Qualification and Bidding process we were selected the Roofing Contractor for the Milestone Project ahead. We are more than honored to be taking place in such an asset to the San Diego Community as well as stand for nothing but the least when it comes to our Companies Focus on producing our Roofing needs of this project for years to follow.

Commercial & Industrial Roofing Company, Inc. has just completed another exceptional Clark Construction Project. This was the University of California San Diego-North Campus Housing. The Roofing Project consisted of a Sarnafil fully adhered system over tapered insulation using title 24 compliant tan felt back membrane. We are pleased to have had another great relationship with General Contractor – Clark Construction and produce another high profile project.
